Footprint Introduction (1)

Name: Maggie Meland

Description: For this project, you will trace your footprint, write your name visibly and clearly, and use at least three different media types to decorate the footprint. These different things will describe you and will help introduce you to the class. Some of the mediums I used were markers, found objects, paper, foam, photos, and pompoms. This is a great way to get creative and introduce yourself to your peers or your students. 

Extension Activity: Students will research a historical figure and apply the same stipulations as the project to introduce the figure to the class. They can trace their own footprint, and then they will research facts about the historical figure and find different objects and create different items to help describe that person. They will then present them to the class and hang them on their lockers for other students to see.
